Sonar Platinum CPU usage improvement

I've seen this mentioned elsewhere (but could not find it) and wanted to confirm that observation.  I opened a project that was particularly cpu thirsty in X3e, to the point of even getting dropouts if I didn't freeze some tracks.  In Platinum it plays fine.  So same complex project, less cpu usage in Platinum.  Yea!!

I am "Five Foot Wall" on Spotify, Deezer, etc.  Platinum, Windows 7 64bit, AMD FX-6100 hex-core @3.8ghz, 8 gig ram (never use more than 5 gigs), Delta 44, UM-2

Rawk! So far, it looks like the upgrade was really worth the money. I noticed that the core distribution seemed more even in some of my larger projects. Congratz to the bakers.

A deep chesty bawl echoes from rimrock to rimrock, rolls down the mountain, and fades into the far blackness of the night. It is an outburst of wild defiant sorrow, and of contempt for all the adversities of the world. - Aldo Leopold

With X3, I would have some Engine stops which would force me to freeze some tracks. I always found a way to work with it to my satisfaction. However, I must admit on the 4 or so projects I started with Platinum, I have yet to come to a halt through the engine locking up. I'm sure I will press it hard enough at some time, but it is nice to be getting more distance without interruption.
