X3 : "On Startup Load Normal Template" broken - need fix

UN checking "on Startup Load Normal Template" does NOT work. Sonar still continues to load the Normal template.

Is there a fix for this ... possibly by deleting an .ini file and letting Sonar rebuild said file?

    The "On Startup Load Normal Template" function is dependent on the state of Preferences > File > Audio Data "Use Per-Project Audio Files."

    ... and to add more clarity is dependent on Preferences > File > Audio Data "Use Per-Project Audio Files" being checked.
