Insert empty measures, shift everything forward

Yes, I searched every combination I can think of :)
 
How do I insert a number of empty measures in a project to make room for something I want to add before everything else that is already there?

    In track view, Ctrl-A to select all tracks, click on the position in the timeline where you want to add the extra measures, click on (menu) Project>Insert Time/Measures [select your options in the resulting window]
