Metronome count-in

It would be nice to be able to key bind the switches for the Record Count-in.  Both playback and recording so that it wouldn't require a trip to the metronome preferences to shut off a count-in.  I want to bind it to Num pad 8 which it the PT hotkey for the same operation.
 
BTW, this is different than the Generate Metronome commands.
