ToolBar - TIMING - for MIDI Events

The Timing function in the Tools is nice to rectify the MIDI notes error of Start point and fixes stretching to the nearest Gridline.
Is there anyway to do the same thing at the END of the MIDI Notes? [I don't know if it is there]
Can we have it if not there?
