Please reinstate support for Contour Shuttle devices

There are many hundreds of SONAR users who now cannot use Contour Shuttle devices in SONAR Platinum....
Feature request: please reinstate support for those devices...    a good PR move, too.

    Only thing I noticed was that you cannot run application as administrator - then shuttle does not work. The insert of key commands are not allowed in the same way.
     
    I managed so far without admin.
     
    But jBridge need admin as far as I discovered, but stopped using that too. Nothing 32-bit in my system.
     
    But run SA2015.
     
    I reported to Contour two years ago - but no fix as far as I know.

    If anyone has a solution for the Contour Shuttle Pro issue please send it. My shuttle works fine in X3 but not Platinum.  Thanks, jim

    hmmm.  have not tried my shuttle on Splat yet. That will make me very sad if it doesn't work

    Hello Everyone. I came across this in my search to resolve this issue and wanted to share it. I have used it myself and now have my shuttle back. Yes I do plan on editing some of their choices for buttons, but that is nothing compared to having my jog wheel back. Please read the instructions carefully. I had to look around on the screens a bit because not everything is where they say it is- but the buttons are there on the screens. I also had to unzip the folder in order to get into the file I needed. You will see what I mean. Use this at your own risk!! It worked for me. I hope it solves you issue as well.

    You need to contact support yourself. This is a user forum and even though the occasional Cakewalk staffer visits the process is for you to contact support. Go the the fist page of the forum, there's a sticky thread there with contact details.

    Thanks Mike, but as you can see, I already went to the Contour Forum and downloaded their zip file to set up the shuttle pro 2 in SP.
