I tried crawfish just once (in Norlins)......it didn't appeal to me at all (especially when the "inners" or the crawfish are still attached  ). However, the shrimp etouffee was excellent......folowed by some beignets. (the chef on this occasion, had a....uhmmmmm.....a chef's hat on)

The rumors are true. I Am no longer a Monster Crawfish. I met a red headed FEMALE guitarist. Yummy. She talked me into doing a duo jazz gig AND a 60's rock band. So I think at the moment I Am in 2 bands. I also Am doing a gig with the group Satisfaction out of Dallas while I Am up in Westwood New Jersey.
