anyone know of a program for Android that can compose and edit midi drums?

anyone know of a program for Android tablets that can compose and edit midi drums in a  "piano roll" type screen where I can then insert them into my project on my PC?

    I'd say your best bet is using Microsoft's remote desktop app RD Client.
