unhiding a hidden metronome or preview bus

unhiding a hidden metronome or preview bus

Hi, just a quick question. I haven't been able to figure this out. If I hide a bus in the Console window - like the metronome or preview bus - I can't figure out how to un-hide it so I can see it in the console view again. If I hide either of the buses, I can see it in the track view bottom part - you know when you drag up the bottom section which shows you the buses. 
 
How do I un-hide it to see it in the Console View again?

    The track manager shortcut is "H"
