Error code when opening a BUNDLE session - anyone know what this is?

I've been getting this message on some sessions that i saved lately.  plugin related?
 
Unexpected Error Code.
hr. 2359296261, File:
HRESULT : 3221225747

    Better to stay away from bundle files.

    My own research on this has shown that you have stereo files in the project that are of different bit depths. I got burned by this error bad when I switched to Win 7. The only fix for me was to open the bundle in XP and convert all the files to the same bit depth either 16 or 24. Resaved them and they opened fine in SONAR with Win 7 and Win 8.
     
     
    PS Scook is right (when is he not ) about bundle files.
