Digital blending - the new HDR

This guy's photos are amazing, he uses a technique called digital blending which is a way of getting that hyper realism without the garish effect regular HDR. It's basically HDR done artistically and it's amazing. Check out his Dubai skyline photos, especially the ones above the clouds. Apart from anything I'm still amazed that some people have that kind of view from their windows.

    Looks impressive. HDR images are fun to use as a light source in the 3d world.
