Multi-track volume/gain editing

I have a 6 mic recorded acoustic guitar project that I need to make volume/gain changes to individual clip sections of all 6 tracks at once. Note: I need to make these edits on "all" the tracks at the same time to retain phase relationships. Group clips in Preferences is selected. The problem I'm having is when I select all these tracks and make a gain/volume edit, after this initial edit, I have to "re-select" the tracks again to edit some more. My question is, how do I get the tracks to "remain" selected so I can make sequential volume/gain edits across all the 6 tracks without having to re-select them? I want to select a region across all 6 tracks and make a volume/gain edit, and then move down the timeline and make another edit, again and again without having to re-select the tracks in question. I've searched the forum and manual but can't find a solution. Thanks for your suggestions.
