docking to the multi-dock is still automatic (ctrl not required)

docking to the multi-dock is still automatic (ctrl not required)

Is this by design?
 
I noticed while dragging the browser around.
 
I often like to have the browser in console view, so I float it. I was looking forward to the change to the app that requires you to hold ctrl down in order to dock, but that only seems to effect the app edges, not the multi-dock.

StudioCat > I use Windows 10 and Sonar Platinum. I have a touch screen.
I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.
