Platinum problems! Lag and not starting

Sinse i have updated from X3 im having a few problems
 
1. When working in platinum everything seems to have lag, from moving a cursor to opening a file, hovering over a menu etc, 
 
2. Sinse the new patch Platinum does not launch! starts does the vst scan then thats it freezes, does not open project window, cant even minimise it!
3. turned itself back into demo mode while i has half way though a project so couldnt save.
 
4. Still got the count in bug
 
anyone else having or had these problems? 

Fx8350, 32gb ram, Win10, SPlat (latest) , Fl studio, DFHS 
Echo layla 3G, Jvm410h, HD147 Pod Pro XT/X3, 
Behringer B2031A's, MCU Pro, Roland TD3 kit, Edirol PCR-30, Trigger Finger, Bcf2000
Pod Farm,Guitar rig 5, Amplitube 4,T-racks,Waves,Nomad factory Fab Filter,Psp,Toontrack and P&M plugs

    Reinstalled and still the same problems..., just will not start up and freezes at the scan window
