Fx Rack settings

I would like to set the number of fx seen in Console View to a maximum of 2. I have searched the Reference and the form for half an hour to no avail. How do I go about this? Thanks - Shep

    Is it possible to reduce the number of shown plugs and have up/down arrows to navigate more than 2 in a bin?
