Edit Filter Take Lane Bugs still exist

Sometimes selecting Gain in the Edit Filter for a Take Lane, then changing it back to Clips, returns the waveform to its natural color (from gray), but the bright red Gain envelope still displays over that. I've seen this issue since X2 and reported it a few times.

    Do you have steps to repro from a new project?

    Just tried in Braintree and it works (unless I'm missing something in the problem description) ...
     
    Funny, I hadn't even realized this feature exists ... to me take lanes were just for recording takes and comping, then on the the track level ... learned something here

    I have seen this in the past as well where the clip gain envelope remains superimposed over the clip, though as Brian mentioned it's an intermittent thing.   I just haven't had enough time in Braintree to determine whether it still happens for me.
