Checking Connection

Command Center stuck on checking connection screen opening page. I have yet to be able to even access the products I purchased, help please!!

    I can only guess there is firewall or antivirus software preventing the C3 from completing the connection. If you cannot disable the firewall/antivirus software and get C3 to connect, contact Cakewalk support. Otherwise it is possible to download and install the product manually but you lose the benefit of automatic update checking provided by the C3.

    I went into my security program and excluded the entire Cakewalk folder from check and I'm still running into the same issue.

    Which Cakewalk folder? The Command Center installs in my "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk" folder.

    you are running win7 or win8, correct?  those are the only 2 OS's supported.
