GET DRUM MAP FIXED NOW!!!

I don't need AD 2!!!  You've been using the SAME LAME drum map since Sonar 3!!  Hello!  That's TEN...Count 'em 10 versions ago.  I've been working on creating drum maps for the past 3 FREAKIN' HOURS because your map system DOES NOT WORK!  YES! I've already put 2-3 requests in to upgrade this critical feature, and they STILL didn't change it after this NEW generational upgrade.  GEEZ!
 
It's bad enough that I can't hear the changes I make while the map is up, but where I used to be able to save my changes by choosing the name of the preset, and it would ask me some stupid question about "I might destroy the changes I made", or something before I saved it.  I mean MS Word doesn't ask the same stupid question if I'm going to save a Doc.  It just ask "Save As", and I'm done.  But OK! FINE, I dealt with it, but now it won't even let me do that.  I can't even begin to explain what it's doing.  Then, I wanted to delete all of the other mfrs presets so I wouldn't have to scroll thru all of them every time I want to save, or find something.  I deleted them completely, but now I STILL see them.  I checked the folder location, and it's correctly mapped.
 
Guys I got work to do, I can't afford to sit around with my thumb up you know where, and piddle around with this.  You're the oldest PC DAW on the market bankrolled by the biggest pro-audio mfr in the world...GET WITH IT!
 
There! I'm DONE! I don't want to hear any lectures about calming down. I'm probably going to have to completely reinstall Sonar.
