Video Playback issues in X3-Fixed

Hi, so I'm trying to play a video in X3-this is so i can do all the audio stuff in X3.  I'm using Vegas Platinum, and I export the video out..I've tried all the codecs and low quality too.  The thumbnails show but when I try and use the video preview mode, no pic...any ideas.

Oh Computer is Toshiba Sat, with 16 gig of ram, 8.1 windows.  ATI 2 gig graphics...so I'm pretty sure it's not the machine.

    I've just tested it in X2, and video playback works...go figure...anyone else have this weird problem.

    Update to X3E if you aren't already on it.
    And then this.

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.
