S. PLATINUM: Help not working

Hello.  This weekend I upgraded to Sonar Platinum.  I notice that when I click on any of the Help Menu items (under the Help drop-down list), I get an error message that says "Failed to launch Help".  The help pages themselves do not appear, only the error message.
 
Can anyone tell me how to get the Help pages to show?

    My first suggestion is that is sounds like that feature did not get downloaded correctly, Try reinstalling. Secondly, is did you download the local help file from CC3? It is a separate install I believe.  Also I remember an older issue where if Sonar was started as administrator, help would not display.  IHTH and let us know. Thanks.

    Install the latest update in Command Center. Then, in SONAR, go to Edit > Preferences > FILE|ADVANCED. There, you'll see "Always Use Local Help" - make sure that's unchecked.

    Unless you're always running offline. In that case you'll need to get the "SONAR Help and Tutorials" installer from your cakewalk account. Then go make sure the option mentioned above is checked.
