Am I late to the game on the Command Center problems?

I've taken the recent files downloaded from 1 machine and installed it on others yet Command Center seems content in downloading and installing those files again because it doesn't recognize newer versions.

    When I installed the new Sonar on my backup system I just installed the Command Center and (downloaded) installed from that.
