copy and paste multiple tracks / Clip Grooving?

This is probably sequencing 101, but having an issue with it and would appreciate some advice.

I'm mainly working with Midi tracks, and a few audio tracks recorded from my MPC directly in.  I have a 16 bar loop that I want to copy all the tracks on and paste it repeating about 10 times so I can sequence the song.  What is the best way to do this?  I try clip grooving but whenever I right click and turn it on it only applies to the section of the midi track that I have highlighted.  Which wouldn't be a bad thing except the track is made up of 2 takes.  So do I need to somehow merge the 2 takes to create 1 sound file first?  How would I do that?  I tried Bouncing to file but that doesn't solve my problem.  what am I missing?

Also, some tracks start on different measures, for example kick on 1, and snare on 3.  Assuming I solve the problem and Clip Grooving IS the answer, will Clip Grooving keep the track in timing with the other tracks?  It seems like I may need to extend the beginning of some files so that all files start and end at the same time?

"Copy" and "Paste Special" seems to get me close...but still having some issues with that.

Thanks in Advance.

Try bounce to clip. Then you should be able to groove clip it.

yeah its still not doing it for me.  There must be something I am missing.

I don't know the best/recommended way to put pics up, but saved screenshots to my dropbox and shared it here.  Let me know if there is a different way that I need to share pics.

Here is what it looks like

See track 8 Titled "Bell Pad"

    PRE BOUNCE, PRE GROOVE:

    POST BOUNCE, PRE GROOVE:
Notice, by bouncing, it cut off the silent section in the front.

    POST BOUNCE, POST GROOVE:

Since the silent part is cut off, when I groove track, the placement is all wrong.  I needed that silent part to stay inside of the groove track.

    Hope this helps.

After converting to a groove clip, go to the Groove Clip section of the Clips tab in the Track Inspector pane (shortcut I if it's not already showing), and set the correct value for Beats in Clip. Then the iterations will include the empty space before the first event.
