Praise! for platinum, background color in midi editors

Hallelujah.    Background color for the midi editors can now be set.    Now to the feature request: the preferences IMPLY that the background color can be set differently for the PRV and the Event List and so on, but it ain't so.   One background, apparently, has to fit all.   

Still, my eyes are very happy.    Tiny things like this are very important.
