In charts with a song produced in Sonar - need your vote please

Well it's true but with a little licence !. The chart is on a local radio station here in Cambridge UK (Cambs105fm). They have a weekly 'unsigned' chart where the positioning is done by on-line voting. I'm producing a recording a 19 year old singer songwriter by the name of Jessica E Smith. The track 'My Devil' was entirely recorded and produced in Sonar Platinum with the exception of Ozone 4 on the master bus. Could I ask you to spend 1 minute and vote for Jessica.

Please go here and vote for Jessica E Smith by next Tuesday (24th Mar) . The song is’ My Devil’ you can hear and excerpt

or hear whole song in video form......

I would be happy to give a rundown of some of the techniques I used in Sonar if you like the song and can vote for us.

Thanks my fellow Cakewalk colleagues. Greetings from UK

Btw it may look like I'm new here but there was a problem with my SSO integration. I was previously Pagec.

Thanks all. appreciated

Ah Ha. Sorry seems the links have been removed....

So if you search for Cambridge105 website. On home page on left side towards the bottom there is a link to voting in the unsigned chart.

If you want to listen to the whole track in video form you can search for Jessica E Smith  - My Devil.

    Really appreciated.

I voted and checked out her YouTube page. Good stuff. I like that kind of singer as I relate better emotionally to someone like her as opposed to someone who gets lost in endless Melismatic vocal embellishments. Handel could pull it off but in today's pop music it doesn't do anything for me. Keep up the good work.

Very very nice job! I have often wondered if that sort of sonic signature was possible with Sonar and this is the first time I've heard it. Do you use a lot of Waves plugs? I ask because it seems that some of the ones I've heard (though not all) seem to have a nice sonic quality to them though I haven't tried many.

    Good Luck!

    Win7 Pro X64, I7-4820K CPU @ 3.7Ghz, 64GB Ram, XFX DD R9 290X video, 512GB SSD, two 1TB 10k rpm HDDs in RAID0 + backup HDDs, Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 USB audio, Mackie HR824 monitors, Roland A-PRO500, various mics & guitars & amps, Sonar Platinum 64bit.

Hey many thanks for the nice comments and voting. Appreciated

I only used cakewalk plugins and pro channel on the track, so no waves products. Only exception was Ozone  4 on master bus, but I could have achieve that with cakewalk plugs as well notably, LP-64 multi-band and eq, tape simulator and brickwall limiter.

    Thanks Again
