How to? PRV note color

In sonar platinum, it appears that notes with a lower midi velocity get a lighter shade than notes with a higher velocity.   While this might suit some users, I'd like to turn if off.   I use shades of colors to distinguish tracks, not notes.   Can't find anywhere in preferences how to change this behavior. ...

set PRVColorizeVelocity=0 in [wincake] section of cakewalk.ini (you can do this under preferences.)
