My first song in the new Sonar !

After 6 hours of playing around with Sonar Professional this is what I came up with : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7_X7U5o1ms&feature=youtu.be
I called it "Vertigo" . All Rapture and some samples....

Nice!  Made me want to be in a huge club trying to dance!  LOL  My only suggestion is that the "flutish" arps that come in seem about 2db or so too loud...I think I would pull them back just a hair.  Love the bass voice... what is it?

    Thanks for sharing this one!

    Cheers!

That high pitched sound was giving me headaches, so I adjusted it a little bit and re uploaded...Still sounds muddy, but its OK, I have a good fulltime  job ! :)
Its all presets from Rapture with in-track EQ and FXs. All bass tracks sent to a buss  and sidechained with the kick track...

Very nice, but I'd like to see some more counter melodies coming in.

Good start but I am with Phil on this some more ear candy would definitely raise the level.

It's very nicely done.  I agree that the high instrument (flute or whatever) is a bit, well loud and repetitive.  The lower end and the drums and other instruments have a good sound.  A video, a vocal or lead instrument would make it more interesting.  However, I do believe you just threw this together while playing with Sonar.  Pretty impressive.

Nice start to this track. Again I'll echo what other have said above the arps, too loud and too much of them, you could have a filter on them and move the frequency around.
