If most of the dust is human skin cells then I need to spend more time in my studio because I don't have much dust at all.
But when I do I use a vacuum cleaner with good filters. When I had my studio room built I caulked all the areas around windows and door frames so that when shut up, the room is not airtight (I've got to breath) but close to it.
