TAP TEMPO

Tap to Tempo Control Bar button, or preferably a keyboard shortcut combination that allows us to tap our song tempo from our keyboard on the fly. (Hold Alt and press T to tap Tempo)

    I'd add to that a Midi-input option for tapping on a pad or key of a synth.

    If you use the change tempo command you will get the option of using the keyboard to tap in the new tempo. It's deep within the help file.

    Actually on page 505 of the PDF manual there is a picture that shows a "click here to tap tempo" button so it looks like this feature already exists.

    It definitely exists. Project... insert tempo change... tap the button.

    I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.

    Tap to Tempo does in fact exist, but that's not what the feature request is about.
