Thanks to Support Crew

Well, I have been locked out for at least 2 weeks... couldn't log on (back and forth with support).  Shame on me for changing internet providers and as a result, my email address.
 
They finally sorted it all out (it was on there end) and I am back.
 
Did I miss anything?
