Has the local Help file (chm) been updated for Cambridge?

I pressed F1 on the Virtual Controller keyboard and got the "Failed to Launch Help" error for the local help file. I switched back to online Help in Preferences and the topic is covered there.
 
I don't want to do the whole Help and Tutorials download again if the .chm file isn't updated (and I hope, hope, hope this is a separate download in the future!)
 
Does anyone know if the local help file has been updated?

The release number for the "SONAR Help and Tutorials" is still v1.0.0.9 so it looks like it has not been updated since Braintree. I would expect the indicator to turn yellow when an update is available.

That's what I figured, but wanted to check since I prefer using local help most of the time. I'll keep an eye out.
