Platinum Crashes and lost time

Every so often I have Platinum crash, and when I open it back up I've lost about 20 min worth of work.  I CTRL+S constantly, so I know I save often enough to not have this happen.

It happens enough that I am aware it might happen when I drag a plugin to an FX bin, delete a plugin, or drag/copy a plugin from one track's bin to another.

I may have missed it in Cambridge's fix list, but I don't think I did ;)
Does anyone else have this come up?

This is not normal but there is practically nothing to go on in the post. Maybe some information about your environment (HW, OS, SONAR settings) would be a good start. Usually crashes have an associated dialog, entry into the Windows event log or minidump. This information might be useful, especially sending minidumps to CW tesh support.

The generic advice is make sure the machine software and firmware (App, OS, drivers, BIOS) are up to date and the hardware is OK (memory and disk check out).
