Music Creator 7 Can't See Boost 11

On  a computer with Boost 11 VST properly installed and Music Creator 7 properly installed, run a VST scan with the vst folder containing Boost 11 in the folder list.

Open a project with an audio track.  Select Audio FX on the track, Boost 11 is not listed in available VSTs.

Create a plugin layout, add Boost 11 to the layout.  save and set the new layout to the active layout (checked).

Try to insert an FX on the track created above.  Boost 11 is not listed as an option.

Open a project created in another product (X1, HS7, Platinum) with Boost 11 in the FX bin of a track.

Note that Boost 11 is shown in the FX bin and working.

There should either be a popup (toast) message indicating that Boost 11 is not supported with MC7 or Boost 11 should be selectable within the MC7 FX list.

I saw in the workaround provided by Cakewalk that they are working on a fix to this issue - but I don't see a CWBRN number associated with this issue.

Was this ever submitted to Cakewalk as a bug?  Is there a CWBRN number for this?
