Insert Multiple Instances Of Same FX Simultaneously?

Hello All,
 
I thought quick groups (CTRL+Click) would solve this, but it does not. I wish to add the same effect to every track that I have selected, but when I open the FX Chain area in the Pro Channel with all tracks hilighted, I do a (CTRL+Right Click) to insert an FX, but it only adds it to the track I am physically working on, and not all tracks selected.
 
This is important because I am trying to add Waves NLS Console Emulation.  If I make a track template, it always uses the same distortion, but if I open up 30 of them, each one has it's own diff type of distortion via 30 diff presets, and it will choose a diff preset for each instance of the plugin you insert.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 Yeah, I don't think you can do it. Create a feature request over in the "Features and Ideas" forum. I'll vote for it for sure...

I plan on buying the new Sonar once its out for about 6 months - hopefully by then it will be addressed.
