Installed Latest Platinum Update, Lost MIDI

I've been using Platinum for the past few days. Today my Sonar control panel said that it needed an update. When I did, I lost all sound on my MIDI recordings. I run ASIO through my Fast Track Pro which I run my keyboard through for drums, etc. I don't have any sound when playing my keys via MIDI either now. My MIDI parts are still visible in the software, right where they've been... just now no sound.

And of course Help>MIDI>No Sound During Playback is a bogus link in the software... Hoping it would have given me a starting point.

Did you go to Preferences audio devices and check that you have everything set correctly?

MIDI doesn't have anything to do with ASIO, which is for audio only. So we need to define if the problem is that you get no audio at all (MIDI or audio tracks), no audio when playing a synth from a keyboard, and/or no audio when playing back MIDI data to a soft synth. Then we can narrow it down to whether it's an audio problem or a MIDI problem. In either case, I think it's likely the solution lies in Preferences.

I figured I'd mention ASIO since I figured someone would ask when responding, ha, ha! I don't know if I figured this issue out, but the problem is/was that I lost the Soft Synth settings on my MIDI parts after the latest Sonar update this week. I just made new Synth tracks and copied my MIDI parts into them. Problem solved???? As for Preferences, other tracks (That I haven't yet edited in Platinum) Played just fine...
