Game-changing new plug-in from BOZ

I think the possibilities in nuance that this new plug from BOZ can allow for will have me putting on every track! Here's hoping it's available as a prochannel module in this months update!

Apparently, the good folks at BOZ are already working on the Pro version to be released exactly 1 year from now.

Yes it has been shown a good rack spacer is vital for quality sound. In double blind studies participants preferred the rack with the spacer to those without. I have been looking all over the web for a good quality virtual rack spacer and now it is available at last.

Wasn't someone asking for a blank rack panel in the FX bins and ProChannel a few weeks ago?

    That is soooo funny!!!
I use reason as well, and people on the forums there were b*&$ing about not having spacer rack extensions for *literally* years.  It was mind boggling!

I think that was just due to the track name; did you notice "Sexy Vox"? This may be an accidentally released trade secret, but I started to add adjectives to my track names and can hear the difference there as well.

Wrong, you need to bounce down to 24 bit twice (maybe three times) before the effect kicks in....

I am a bit disappointed that there are no presets..

I guess that won't matter with the up-and-coming ProChannel module, as none of them have..

Now the extra space between my plugins helps airflow and keeps my vsts running nice and cool without the ugly gap! Now no matter what I use this in, it makes everyting truly gapless!
    Best product ever! XD

I used this on one of my tunes and played it to a friend and explained the theory behind the plugin. She was so impressed that she could not stop laughing. I thought it was a bit strange that she laughed and couldn't stop laughing but probably she was just so moved and awed by the plugin's effect. She normally is very controlled.

I have the hardware version (4 of them!) and I can tell you that the software emulation is not nearly as useful.

I took a look at what this plugin does through a frequency analyzer and it's truly amazing what it does. Unlike most analog emulations which add harmonics, this one actually removes existing harmonics and replaces them with genuine analog ones. Take a look:

    BEFORE

    AFTER

This is a low E played on a Squier Precision bass. As you can see, the Rack Spacer plugin has not only replaced the horrible artificial harmonics of the original with analog ones, but it has also increased the perceived value of the bass to something more like a Fender Precision. Dave Pensado is going to go nuts with this on his video tutorials.
