Gibson Les Paul Gold Top not showing

Hi,
 
Can anyone help me get the Dimension Pro Gibson Les Paul Gold Top expansion pack working following the Cambridge update. I see the various files under programs / cakewalk / dimension pro / multisamples, but the instruction from the cambridge release notes ( copied below ) doesn't then lead to the expansion pack being visible. I've read some of the postings from Scoot that seemed to have the same problem, but couldn't find the "solution found" post.
 
"Open Dimension Pro. Click in the Program Browser fieldto open the browser, then press F5 to refresh the program list. This can take a while if you have lots of programs; be patient."
 
P.S. I know my signature is out of date. I have Platinum and all updates from the CCC are up to date ( full set of green lights )
