[Solved] Wav file constantly busy: project won't load

Hey Guys:
I'm trying to load a project in X3e and when I do as Sonar attempts to draw the wav files for the audio each wav track constantly reads "(busy)" and the project hangs up.  I tried opening in safe mode but that doesn't seem to make any difference.
 
Any thoughts?
