How much better is this than Guitar Rig and others? And how is it in use? I mean sound vice, and how easy to dial in a good sound?

I have it and I like it...and the UI is nice...
It sounds very good.

So far, S-Gear sounds the best overall...
but you can dial in very usable tones with this
relatively easily.  And it's a tweaker's dream...

It is by far better than Guitar Rig, Amplitube etc etc, there is no comparison in my opinion, the only thing is that Bias is not as comprehensive, as in effects etc, basically none, but you can bring your own, or use just the effects from other sim's you may have.

My favorite is still TH2 (full), and part of that is because of TH2's comprehensiveness, effects, configurable etc etc, not to mention it sounds awesome, and I have spent a lot of time with it learning how to get exactly what I want from it. I would put Bias ahead of S-Gear, but they are both in the same game, and both lack the bells and whistles, but as mentioned you can add your own :)

Would I still favor TH2 if Bias and or S-Gear had the comprehensiveness, the bells and whistle of TH2 ? I don't know.

One excellent thing with Bias is the 'Tone Cloud', there are some (HEAPS) of excellent patches you can get for it for free, and easily assessable from inside the app, demo them from inside, and if you like them download them from the app, easy as, and there are some truly amazing sounds to be had.

In my opinion, Guitar Rig and Amplitube are absolute crap, I have everything there is for Amplitube (why? I ask myself that same question) I never use it, and Guitar Rig, I have owned it from 3 through to 5, still don't use it, but keep checking in the hope that one day it will come through, but alas, it just sounds like crap (to my ears, compared to the other stuff I have :)   )

Ok. Where can I get some good presets to TH2 for Metal music and bass?
