    Nice!

But what I am majorly jealous about is that tuxedo Ric!

In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.

The Tuxedo Ric is the only bass that I will never possibly sell.  It was my "Excaliber" bass back in the 70s.  There was one in a music store in a mall and I would go see it every time I went there.  Man, I wanted that thing but I was so broke I couldn't even pay attention.  One day it was gone.

Anyway, I was in my local music store here in Tampa mucho years later and there was another one that had been custom ordered for someone and they didn't come a get it.  I grabbed it right then and there.  It's the only instrument my son has asked me to keep for him when I'm gone.
