minimized window placement not remembered in saved project?

I've taken to ordering minimized PRV windows along the bottom of the screen to combat two issues with sonar platinum: the controller pane's horrible defaults and the lack of identification of what the window content is in a minimized window ... the order matches my score groupings, so I know flutes and oboes are the first minimized window, then clarinets and bassoon, etc.    But now a third issue comes up: a nicely ordered set of minimized windows, saved, comes back in the project load as a jumble, no order discernable.    Any ideas?
