exporting all tracks to individual files

I don't know if the search function is not working or if nobody's asked this, but i wanted to export / bounce all the tracks to individual files.

so if i have a 16 track project with 4 stereo busses, i want to be able to export them all at once and end up with 20 stereo files.

the only thing i've been able to do is to export one at a time, but if i'm talking about a 30 track project, it takes forever to do this. the reason i'm doing this is to share stems with people who don't have the same DAW or don't have the same plugs.

Hello Justin, I just did a little test with a small five track project.
First I froze the five synths.
Then I selected each audio result click file export Audio > Source category Tracks.
    Selected a destination directory
Entered a file name and click export

This gave me the individual source tracks.

I could not test buses as this project did not use individual buses but there is also an option for bus output.

If the name had been the project's name SONAR appended the source tracks name to each of the exported tracks.

Which makes me think you could probably do it in two passes i.e. By track and then by Bus.

    Hope that might help.

Select the tracks as suggested, then Export ... Audio. Choose render type as Track and highlight all of the tracks to be rendered. It might be an idea just to select individual tracks within a group one at a time. This might make renders a lot more effective, if not entirely faster. You're bottleneck may be the disc drive you are writing to.
