Control Bar Order Issues - Sonar Platinum

Its seems my control bar always reverts modules to some pre-set order when starting Sonar and loading project despite rearranging it, saving project and selecting lock order, every time I start and load a project I have to rearrange module order to my preference, this is quite annoying. I never had this issue with X3 producer. Is there something I can do to prevent this, something I'm doing wrong, or is it another bug that needs to be fixed?    

Thanks for reference BobF, so its not my mistake, but a bug that should be fixed, noting not just the custom module as noted by others (I don't even use custom module), but also Snap, punch, loop,  and other modules. Hopefully resolved soon, while maybe a "minor inconvenience" as noted by some, it is quite annoying when used to accessing modules in a certain location.
