VST option to group all by vendor?

If I have 2 or more VSTs they get listed by vendor or folder name.
But for the single VSTs they appear listed by their DLL name.
I would like all the VSTs to be listed as vendors/folders.
I know there are a number of VST naming options, but I don't think this is one of them.
Or am I wrong?

In Cakewalk.ini, I use:
VSTPlugInNameFormat=3

I'd rather not make a custom plugin layout for instruments and effects.

One way this can be done without a custom layout is by adding a folder under the vendor name and moving the plug-in to the new folder.

I tried that recently Steve, and whilst it worked, it is just as much hassle as it is creating a custom layout, so I went back to creating my own. The beauty is, you can set up different ones depending on your needs and you can easily switch between them.
The downside is you have to add any new plugs to all of your different layouts individually, but it's no big deal.
