TH2 question - RESOLVED
I have the full version of TH2 as well as the Producer's version. When I insert the full version, it just started doing something that it has never done before. The little box between the minimize window button and the X (close) button is grayed out, and I'm unable to use it in any mode except full window mode. IOW, I cannot adjust the size of the window. The problem with this is when I'm in search mode, the bottom of the screen where I normally choose the variation or bank is not visible. So, when I find a sound that I like, I'm not able to select it. Even when I grab the edges of the window and resize it, the bottom of the window still does not show up. The TH2 Producer's version works as normal in all modes. This is the first time I've used the full version in Splat, and Guitar Rig 5 also works normally. Does anyone else get this? Any ideas on the solution? Thanks in advance for any help.

I have the same config. I don't have the problem but I did this.. I removed the cakewalk DLL version of TH2. I also updated TH2 full to the latest version and then performed and VST reset in sonar.

Thanks, I will give this a try, but to add, this works perfectly in stand-alone mode.

Pretty sure it is normal for the maximize control to be grayed out for TH2. The UI is not resizable. Same is true for TH2 Producer. Not sure why the bottom portion of the UI is not visible though any screen scaling going on at the OS level? Full Version: TH2 Producer:

The size of the plug-in in SONAR reflects the last size of the stand alone. However, I am unable to get it to clip the bottom of the plug-in not matter how I size the stand alone.

Thanks, Scook, the top picture looks like it used to look. I tried it in standalone and it was perfect, but not when I installed it into a project in Splat. I'll keep playing with it. I don't care if I can resize it or not, I just want to be able to see the bottom of the screen.

I am running the latest version - 2.2.18 64bit. It has been out for a while so I would expect you are running it too. I doubt a VST reset would clear this up but cannot hurt. It may be something got corrupted in TH2 and needs to be reinstalled.

I finally got the solution to this problem from the Overloud tech support. Just in case this happens to anyone else here is the solution that worked for me:
1) Open TH2 stand-alone 2) Press & hold for a few seconds the "Preferences" window, until a folder's window appear 3) Now close TH2 (but don't close the folder's window yet) 4) Remove the file named "preferences2.xml" from that folder's window 5) Now start SONAR and TH2 inside it, it should now have been reset to its default window size Thanks, Scook for your efforts. Federico, from Overloud, provided me with the answer.

Thanks for the update. It would have been interesting to see a before and after snapshot of "C:\ProgramData\Overloud\TH2\preferences2.xml." At least now we know where this info is stored.
