Sonar X3e and Later with mLAN?

Has anyone worked with Sonar and MIDI over LAN?   I am using a DAW to send out midi data to an 8x8 midi interface, from there it goes to a 5x5 interface into the second computer that is dedicated to VSL under the Vienna Ensemble host.  But I am thinking of using mLAN if Sonar supports it, Vienna already supports it, not sure what the channel/port limitations are.

I already have a working LAN connection between the two computers, it's only a matter of installing the right software that on each computer that can communicate with Sonar and Vienna Ensemble Pro.  That way I can bypass one of the hardware midi interfaces (the 5x5) and get, hopefully, a faster connection.

Which software would I get?

Thanks,
Jerry

    Hi Jerry,
You don't need additional software for this. Vepro will take care of it all. VIENNA ENSEMBLE PRO 5 Tutorial (Setup & Routing): http://youtu.be/bCoagnXH1a8
