WHERE IS THE INFO WINDOW?

I need to put some VERY IMPORTANT info about what steps to take the next time I open X3, but I CANNOT find the menu to pull up the old INFO window where I USED to be able to leave notes to remind me of what I need to do.  WHERE IS IT?!

Mobo:ASUS M5A97 EVO/CPU:AMD FX-6200
WD SSD 250Gig
Video:AMD Radeon HD 6670, 2Gig RAM Sys: RAM:16Gig/120Gig SSD, 1TByte
O/S: Win10 Pro 64-Bit
PreSonus 1818VSL/Alesis Fusion 8HD/Presonus FaderPort8, JBL LSR308

    Piece of paper, naw jk. From what I remember it was on the tracks.

    If it's not in the mix, it's not in the master

    The Track Inspector has a note panes for notes about tracks. If you want to document the project you'll find the Info dialog in the Project Menu at the top.

    Yes, and you can also use one of the buttons in the new Custom module in the Control Bar (if you upgrade to the new SONAR).

    Unfortunately its default is to take up the whole screen but if I resize the main window I can fiddle about and eventually get the Info window to about 4"x4" which is all I need.
