[Confirmed Waves issue]Weirdest bug with Waves IR1

Hi
As final test to reproduce I did this - simplest possible:
a) load one audio track and make some simple guitar tones 4 bars or so.
b) Load waves ir1 (mono->stero or any component really) as insert(default or any preset)
c) make a loop to repeat these recorded bars

Should play OK
...as long as no parameter in gui is changed, like Direct on/off or ER on/off.
and it continues on playback like that whatever you do but render/freeze - and then it's like reset.

If changing anything really, it starts making these noises on playback - wizzling(like frequency drop or something).
And intervals are just about length of IR - 1.8s.

Recorded this to dictaphone on headphone out, then rerecorded in Sonar and rendered to these two waves.

At about 2s intervals there are some wizzling noises, kind of.
Just some guitar tones, and fret razzle - otherwise this noise - two in pauses at some occation over guitar.
 TestNormalRender
You can freeze track - and nothing on playback.
Unfreeze it again - nothing on playback.
Modify in gui as mentioned - and it starts coming again.
Close project and open - nothing on playback.

Tested this in Cubase Elements 8  - and nothing like that can be reproduced.
But Studio One Producer 2.6.5 and Cubase Element 7.08 is the same thing.

Can anybody confirm this?
Have tried the same on IR-L too - and less buttons to press but it can be reproduced.
Luckily no render thingy bring this, just realtime playback(I can play guitar in realtime too, that's how I noticed).

EDIT: More details on which hosts are affected by this
Waves has been able to reproduce, and is something within the plugin handling and depends on soundcard latency setting too. turning off AsioGuard in Cubase 8 also reproduced wizzling problem.
