Delete Empty Measure, Drag Tempo Changes along with

So, if I have information in a measure I can delete it and close up the hole. However, I want to delete an empty measure and I want the tempo changes to slide over to fill in the hole. Is there a simple way to do this?

    Found a workaround - I simply added some note events into the gap to I had a clip to grab onto - then I could use Edit>Delete.
