Time-lock Audio-Clips

I don't know if this feature already exists or not....
To be able to Time-lock audio-clips and midi-clips so they only move up & down in the editor window.

    Right click on clip => Clip Lock => Lock Position / Lock Data

    Hold down the SHIFT key and drag the clip up/down...
