    There are several available from the Command Centre. As soon as you start to download anything, the vids are available.

    There are a couple of pretty good ones on Groove 3 (SONAR Explained- for 2015, and SONAR Platinum Advanced) by Eli Krantzberg.  If you are relatively new to SONAR there is plenty of detail in the content.
